Job Summary

QC Chemical & Microbiology Personal Care

To monitor and analyze chemical and microbiological laboratory testing for personal care.
To monitor and analyze raw materials & bulk testing and record of documentation for personal care.

QC Chemical & Physical & FG
- To transfer and execute chemical & physical testing for beverage finished product by provided standard method
- To maintain lab eqiupment and instrument are in good condition
- To timely feedback abnormal chemical & physical result
- To maintain chemical & physical lab to be aligned with ISO17025 and GLP

QC Chemical & Physical

To perform chemical and physical checking according to method and specification for Beverage and Medicine product at Huamak plant (Raw material and Finished product quality).

QC Incoming Raw Material
- To take raw material sample and execute chemical & physical testing by provided standard method
- To maintain lab eqiupment and instrument are in good condition and align with ISO17025 and GLP
- To timely release incoming raw material including feedback abnormal chemical & physical result of raw material to SQM and supplier
- To follow up NC feedback from supplier

QC Microbiology
- To sampling and execute microbiological testing for finished product and raw materials of beverage or medicine categories with standard method
- To maintain microbiological eqiupment and instrument are in good condition
- To timely feedback abnormal microbiological result
- To maintain microbiological lab to be aligned with ISO17025 and GLP

QC Physical Personal Care
- To Quality Control testing Packaging, Finished Product for Personal Care

QC Incoming Packaging
- Inspection and control the quality of packaging materials comply with packaging material standards in order to not affect the product and production process (user).

Job Description:
QC Chemical & Microbiology Personal Care 1.) Analyze and monitor testing of raw materials, bulk characteristics, chemical and microbiological as per SOPs and specification 2.) Perform laboratory safety/security and ensure that the laboratory remains in compliance with all regulations. 3.) Compile and record data for documentation needed for testing and reports preparation 4.) Perform and Monitor raw material, bulk quality control, including; deviations, CAPAs and out-of-specification test results for Personal Care of products. 5.) Maintain people to ensure their skill match roles, improving productivity and efficiency of the department operation 6.) Perform other related duties as assigned QC Chemical & Physical & FG 1.) Execute chemical & physical testing for finished product by provided standard method including provide test report to Lead. 2.) Transfer finished product sample from manufacturer to lab and submit sample information to LIMs system. 3.) Maintain and keep accurate chemical and physical test result 4.) Follow routine cleaning/sanitizing procedure and implement preventive maintenance of chemical lab equipment and instrument through regular check-up and calibration to ensure continuous availability. 5.) Provide timely and reliable feedback of abnormal finished product and relevant chemical and physical test result 6.) Maintain chemical and physical lab to comply ISO/IEC17025 standard QC Chemical & Physical 1) Conduct laboratory evaluation of raw material and finished goods checking within timeline. (Beverage HM plant and Medicine product) 2) Comply with standard procedures and quality control to improve products and material quality. 3) Record data in SAP and LIMS for testing and reports preparation. 4) Perform and review work instruction for new method or new equipment. 5) Perform other related duties as assigned QC Incoming Raw Material 1.) Aseptically take raw material sample by provided sampling scheme 2.) Execute chemical & physical testing for raw material by provided standard method including provide test report to Lead. 3.) Maintain and keep accurate chemical and physical test result 4.) Follow routine cleaning/sanitizing procedure and implement preventive maintenance of chemical lab equipment and instrument through regular check-up and calibration to ensure continuous availability. 5.) Timely release incoming raw material including feedback abnormal chemical & physical result of raw material to SQM and supplier 6.) Follow up NC feedback from supplier QC Microbiology 1.) Execute routine sampling and microbiological testing for Raw materials, process water, packaging, environment(air), machinery and finished product including CCP, OPRP and CIP validation sample 2.) Conduct laboratory evaluation of samples. 3.) Maintain and keep accurate microbiological test result 4.) Follow routine cleaning/sanitizing procedure and implement preventive maintenance of microbiological lab equipment and instrument through regular check-up and
