Here is a description of the role we are opening:
**Responsibilities**:
- Determine, negotiate and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications- Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with quality standards at both national and international level- Accomplishes quality assurance objectives in policies and procedures- Assess customer requirements and ensure that these are met- Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers- Coordinates activity with customer and vendors for all reliability and quality assurance standard- Conduct regular customer and supplier visits as require to check on specific quality problems- Provide and review 8D report for customer complaint and log 8D report for internal traceability- Provide CoC and Outgoing inspection report to customer- Investigate and set standards for quality and health and safety- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality- Knowledge in customer requirement and drive action to meet them

Qualification- 15+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, with at least 5 years in a leadership role- Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field ideally in electronics / semi-conductor industry- Proven experience in shop floor quality control and analysis with improvement- Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 or equivalent standards)- Know how in laminating process and core embedded products is plus- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Fluent in Thai and English
