**Responsibilities**: - Prepare, record and reconcile GL accounts relating to payroll, accruals, leases, debt, and all other accounts assigned. - Prepare, record and reconcile accounts relating to contract assets, liabilities, and all otheraccounts assigned pursuant to ASC 606 - Support the US GL and revenue accounting team with ad-hoc reporting and analyses - Research variances for all assigned accounts and prepare adjusting entries as needed. - Review financial reports for completeness and accuracy and perform balance sheet flux analysis. - Prepare, review and support the quarterly reviews/ year-end audit with external auditors - Prepare ad-hoc analysis and special projects as the need arises **Must Have**: - Technical knowledge and practical knowledge of revenue recognition standard ASC 606 **Qualifications & Skills**: - BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus - 3+ years of relevant work experience - 2+ years of public accounting experience preferred (Big 4 or large national firm) - Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting - Excellent communication, organization, project management and leadership skills - Experience with Netsuite a plus We acknowledge the confidence gap at Ouster.
