Key Responsibility
Deliver innovative marketing plans for Lotus's mall and food court using customer data and insight to maximize footfall to the estate with end to end customer consideration.
Provide and execute cost effective media and communication strategy that fit to current customer segment and media trend (offline and online).
Provide and execute promotional campaigns or events to support mall and food court income opportunity with complete customer journey consideration.
Engage with tenants and partners to build relationship, support relevant media, understand promotion performance, and agree improvement plan together.
Support property program i.e. new stores, large store reinvention, mall extension, food court transformation using local-mall marketing tools.
Collaboratively work with other teams in Customer, Mall and Operation to deliver and/or leverage plan to support Mall business. Manage special project if assigned.
Focus on online initiatives as new normal for Mall business.
Stay alert and interest in watching the market, social media and competitor trend.
Own and manage budget effectively, continue to source for the most effective spending with Procurement support.
Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.
Other assignment as it deems appropriate.
QualificationsEducation in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years in managing marketing-operation tasks for shopping malls, or retailers is a must.
Experience with media/creative agency is a plus.
Able to travel to visit store and travel upcountry from time to time.
