- Generate product ideas and concepts.
- Develop new products and test new products.
- Source and coordinate with suppliers on specifications and requirements of materials, ingredients, products
- Perform costing and pricing for new and existing products. Update and maintain food and beverage costs.
- Test materials, ingredients and products and keep records.
- Prepare related documents for products and materials such as manuals, specifications and memos.
- Improve existing products to enhance quality, reduce costs and eases operation.
- Maintain ISO documents for Research & Development Department.
- Perform Product Analysis to study product cycle and financial benefits.
- Supervise other team members or team members on roles and functions of R&D and help coaching in techniques in product development such as testing and lab methods.
- Responsible for supervising and training of product related matters.

- Age between 28 to 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Degree in food Sciences or related field
- At least 3-7 years experienced in R&D of bakery bussiness.
- Direct experience in Food and Beverage industry is a key advantage.
- Good command in English.
- Good Attitude
- Good computer opereting skill in MS Office.
- Culinary skill is a plus.
- Strong personality with creative, initiative, positive thinking, self-motivated
