Act as a strategic partner to our clients, providing guidance and expertise to help them achieve their business goals.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying and addressing client needs.
Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of client projects, working closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.
Continuously monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results and drive growth.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and leverage that knowledge to develop innovative and effective strategies for our clients.
Identify new business opportunities and lead the pursuit of new accounts, expanding our agency's reach and revenue potential.
Oversee client billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in account management within a digital agency.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media, and content marketing.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform strategy.
Experience with web analytics and data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
