**Supply Chain Analyst**:

- Remote Eligible: Hybrid- Onsite Location(s): Bangkok, TH**Key Responsibilities**

**Import / Export Operation**
- Monitor and oversee the day-to-day operations and handling of international shipment
- Co-ordinate with sales/customer/carrier/supplier and any concerned party for import /Export shipment.
- Coordinate with shipping agent in various customs clearance procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete the import and export activities.
- Checking Expenses, negotiating transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability with external freight forwarders.
- Maintain precise records of all import and export transactions.

**Customer Service**
- Order processing Governance and control with 3PL/4PL.
- Manage customer cases, keep accurate records of correspondences and actions taken.
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
- Maintain Data in SAP.

**Analysis and Improvement**
- Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
- Create and analyze related report support Import & Export operation e.g. Cost Comparison, Inventory Forecasting ( Goods In Transit Vs Existing Inventory ), Import Shipment Forecasting & Budgeting, Etc.
- Initiate and recommend for system & tool development or design work process for team to optimize output yet simple and enhance accuracy.
- Initiate any operation improvement to have cost savings, operation efficiency, Etc.
- Ensure all required reports and documentation are completed on a timely basis.

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 Years Experienced and educational background in Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering would be advantage.
- Strong Analytical and Numerical skills.
- Good Computer skills, especially on MS Excel, PowerPoint, PBI and other analytic tools.
- Good Planning and Problem-Solving skills.
- Good Communication and English skills.
- Positive attitude Dynamic and welcome challengeable to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
