**Job Summary**

To conduct and supervise account payable functions while ensuring the accuracy and punctuality of transactions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Being responsible for all aspects of accounts payable including but not limited to verifying & matching invoices to receivers, check requests, expense reports, and following company procedures.
- Assisting with day-to-day account problem-solving by providing guidance to the junior team and raising issues and solutions for the senior team. Dig in and figure out how to work around problems.
- Performing and Control month-end closing process of financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of expenses according to a timely manner.
- Controlling and reviewing VAT & Withholding tax reports to ensure that they are accurate and timely manner.
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliation, financial reports, cash out-flow plans, and forecasts.
- Cooperating with Auditors for year-end audits and the Government for VAT and withholding tax issues.
- Organizing financial data into usable information and maintaining updated records.
- Reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conducting database backups when necessary.
- Establishing accounting policies and procedures, aligned with the company’s targets.
- Supporting the P2P process for all functions and special projects that concern the AP function.
- Providing best practices research, recommendations, and implementation to develop and maintain processes and systems to support Accounts Payable functions.
- Ensuring compliance with the law.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or a relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a related role.
- Good command of English.
- Microsoft Excel user at an intermediate level (Pivot Tables, V-lookup, and Reconciling experience).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, Process improvement-oriented, Teamwork, and Disciplined.
