**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the safety levels of related equipment and systems
- Identify and analyze unsafe conditions and /or act through daily safety walk, monthly Environment Heal and Safety inspection and advise, determine corrective preventive actions as required.
- Handles cases of incident, accidents or occupational disease including investigation with Section Manager/Supervisors
- Follow up measures/action to correct and prevent unsafe act/condition regularly.
- Maintain, control, advise to staff to follow Environment Heal and Safety rules and regulations and supervises for implementation.
- Assist in conducting studies on methods and equipment to meet Environment Heal and Safety standards and handles cases of accidents.
- Prepare and Elaborate Yearly Environment Heal and Safety plan according to Siemens Ltd, and Client Environmental Health and Safety Program
- Coordination all activities as per Environment Heal and Safety activity plan
- Cooperate and organize all Environment Heal and Safety training classes

Be Key instructor relating to Environment Heal and Safety training e.g 5S, New/Refreshment of General safety and rule book, Working with Chemical, and Emergency practice)
- Meeting/Correspondence with the client and government in terms of Environment Heal and Safety.
- Reporting Environment Heal and Safety system performance to Management regularly
- Review and feedback to ensure the effectiveness of the Environment Heal and Safety system
- Identify and review hazard identification and risk assessment with working team.
- Review Siemens and customer safety related document and feedback if required.
- Retain and collect Environment Heal and Safety related document per customer/ISO or applicable required standard
- Follow and implement the 5s activity.
- Set and arrange environmental monitoring and measurement in workplace
- Submit safety document to government according to safety regulatory requirement. (Jor por Vor, Fire drill Dor Por 1, Electricity training, Por Jor 1,2 etc)
- Take responsibilities according to Environment Heal and Safety law on role of safety officer professional
- To conduct monthly safety committee meeting
- To control safety authorized person in customer database after training

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in an Occupational Health with Safety certificate in professional level
- 3-5 years of work experience in safety system implementation
- Work experience in Safety Professional in manufacturing or railway company is preferable
- Good team player with communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
