Our client is an international company providing IT products and Solutions related to telecommunication & networking, Computers & Servers, Multimedia products, and outsourcing Services. They are now seeking energetic qualified persons to join our dynamic and professional team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Planning and follow-up safety, health, and environment plans (including risk and emergency response).
- Collecting and analyzing data and statistics including safety, health, and environment reports to the workplace manager.
- Observing the operation of employees and/or the 3rd party to comply with government regulation and law.
- Investigating the cases of accident, injury, or annoyance caused by the workplace, then write a report and prevention measures.
- Observing the legality, rules, regulations, and standards of the safety, health, and environment of the workplace.
- Consulting and advisor on safety and environment of the workplace.
- Planning and training all employees including special courses such as firefighting etc.
- Coordinating and controlling the resources, equipment & system related to security, safety, health, and environment.
- Preventing, corrective, and other related courses and actions.
- Being the secretary of the safety committee and promoter of the safety activities (Zero Accident Campaign, 5S Activity).
- Ensuring that all practices/activities in the workplace are compliant with legal, corporate, or other requirements. It is also included of control environment to meet the government standard and/or international standards.
- Scheduling, contacting, and providing safety and environment report to the government or others when required.
- Controlling office security (door control, electricity etc.) and Co-ordinate with RJ Building.
- Coordinating and updating important news, emergency alerts, and information (P.M. 2.5, Political, COVID-19, etc).
- Handling annual checkups and pre-employment checkups.
- Providing first aid kits and medical supplies for employee.
- Handling other duties as an assignment from superiors.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational health and safety or related fields.
- Experience over 5 years in Professional Safety Officer or similar role.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of basic computer systems such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental law, activities, and compliance practices to government regulation.
- Good communication can accurately and effectively communicate to employees.
