**รายละเอียดงาน**
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
- Segment the client database based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other team members to create personalized content and offers for different client segments.
- Implement and manage CRM software tools to streamline client communications, tracking interactions and appointments.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improving client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align CRM efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor and respond to client feedback and inquiries through various communication channels.
- Develop and maintain a loyalty program or referral program to incentivize repeat business and client referrals.
- Regularly assess CRM performance metrics, such as client retention rates, engagement levels, and response rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and client relationship management.
