Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets for **molecular diagnostics, laboratory automation, and clinical analyzers.**
- Business Development: Expand market share in **hospitals, clinics, and public health sectors** through new client acquisition and partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach the clinical sales team, promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Training & Performance: Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with lab managers, pathologists, and procurement teams to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance data, and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, technical, and regulatory teams to support product launches, campaigns, and customer-focused strategies.
- Budgeting & Market Awareness: Manage sales budgets, forecast revenue, and monitor competitors and market trends to guide pricing and sales tactics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related Life Science field.
**8-10 years of experience in clinical or molecular diagnostics sales.**
**At least 3 years in a leadership role managing sales teams** in a medical or life science setting.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and managing key accounts in the IVD (in vitro diagnostics) industry.
- Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostics platforms (e.g., PCR, RT-PCR, GeneXpert).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiar with hospital purchasing, tender management, and government health projects; experienced in CRM and sales dashboards.
- Willingness to travel in Thailand and occasionally overseas; proficient in Thai and English (spoken and written).
