**The Opportunity**: We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious **Head of Key Account Manager** to lead our Key Account Management team. In this pivotal role, you will be the strategic partner for our key clients, owning their P&L and driving their growth on platforms like Lazada and Shopee. You will not just manage accounts; you will build empires. This is an opportunity to move beyond daily tasks and shape the long-term e-commerce strategy for major brands, leading a team to execute flawlessly and exceed all expectations.
**What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)**
- **Strategic Client Leadership & Growth**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and business KPIs for your client portfolio.
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building strong, trust-based relationships with their top management.
- Lead strategic planning, sales forecasting, and performance analysis, turning data into actionable insights that drive client success.
- **Commercial & Campaign Excellence**:
- Own the master plan for all major sales campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12), from strategic planning and stock allocation to post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our marketing and operations teams to ensure flawless execution and maximum visibility for our clients' products.
- Continuously innovate and optimize campaign management processes to improve efficiency and results.
- **Team Leadership & Operational Oversight**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the team's daily operations, including new SKU listings, price management, and store optimization, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
- Streamline internal processes for reporting, client communication, and financial tracking to enhance overall team productivity.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Serve as the key liaison between your clients, your team, and internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Champion new initiatives to improve reporting methods, communication flows, and overall service delivery.
**What You'll Bring (Requirements)**
- **Must-Haves**:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry.
- **Deep, practical expertise with marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee) is a MUST.**:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role such as account management, business development, or e-commerce consulting.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales forecasting, target setting, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Nice-to-Haves**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience working at an e-commerce enabler, a major brand's e-commerce team, or directly for a marketplace platform.
- Experience with online marketing, merchandising, and campaign planning.
