**Job Purposes**:
Responsible for managing documents, office suppliers and properties, along with coordinating with related units and controlling operating cost of all departments effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and needs
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Perform day-to-day operations in administration, documents management, supply disbursement to support administration operations following the directions
- Provide support to office properties, car-parking coupon disbursement and distribution, and document delivery, to facilitate employees and visitors
- Responsible for buying office supplies with representative company, including managing receipts and related documents, to support administration operations
- Coordinate with accounting department and related functions to make report of office properties/ disbursement/ accounting documents accurately and accountably
- Make reports of cash disbursement, and overall administration to propose to the supervisor
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-5 years’ experience in related field
- Have knowledge in office management or administration
- Have excellent time management skill
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize work
