- ควบคุมดูแลและปฏิบัติตามระบบคุณภาพและการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนามาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานขององค์การอย่างต่อเนื่องตามนโยบาย
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

**Job Purposes**:

- Perform variety of activities in term of tenant relation, including building and maintaining relationship with tenants following property management strategies to advance retail revenue, profitability, operations, and sustainability**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with tenants to assume daily point of contact for retailer relationship management
- Build and maintain closer relationship between tenants and tenant relation team to ensure effective relation and support business goals
- Provide important information to the tenants on all operational matters to align with standards of products and services, and support business operations effectively
- Provide advice to tenants on relevant topics such as shop concept, image, merchandise, selling strategies and services to ensure and support effective operations and create alignment
- Analyze tenant satisfaction surveys to improve operations and identify ways to support tenants appropriately
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience
- Have understanding in business administration and property management
- Have good communication skills
- Have good human relations
- Have good computer skills
- Be able to coordinate
