- Build up and maintain good customer relationship, handle customer enquiries and coordinate with responsible personnel of various departments in order to provide prompt and qualified solution
- Take accountability for the delivery of products and services, to the highest standard, through the full product life cycle
- Develop quarterly and annual sales plans in support of the company’s objectives and strategies
- Drive sales strategy across new revenue channels and opportunities
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings and help define a strong business case
- Actively participate in the general operation and day to day activities
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to improve the system performance and overall customer experience
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, exceed expectations, and grow accounts
- Communicate and follow up action with prospects to turn to be customers
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or higher in any related fields
- 3 years of field service sales experience, Tele sales, Renew Sales and/or Sales project coordinator
- Good presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- High servicing and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Excellent service mind and customer relationship management skills
- Able to work independently or in a team as required
- Good command in spoken and written English
