Consulting1.Financial Management:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance and future outlook.
- Manage cash flow, including monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable, and optimize working capital management

2.Managerial Duties:
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information, resolve discrepancies, and support decision-making processes.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the accounting department.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to accounting team members to promote professional growth and development

3.Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the timely filing of tax returns and payments.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary to facilitate audits and regulatory filings.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

4.Financial Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and business planning.
- Identify areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvement to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience (8-10 years) in accounting or finance roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and taxation.
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.**English Level**:
