**Work as an Associates Credit & Collection**

You will direct all activities as defined in the SLAs/OLAs for selected local companies reporting to the Finance Supervisor - Credit Management and is responsible for timely and quality cash collection on the assigned portfolio. More specifically, you will:

- Prompt, proactive, and effective communication with external customers on daily basis, with obtaining current information on outstanding cash
- Monitor aging of accounts and initiate phone calls to customers to arrange payments on time
- Participate in migration of cash collection activities from local business to shared services
- Perform total account management utilizing SAP FSCM Credit& Collection and dispute management tools
- Assist credit management function to set up right credit limits to customers
- Proactively interact with stakeholders to raise awareness of issues encountered along with any actions taken to support resolution
- Seeks for continuous improvement opportunities to enhance effective MEC (Month End Closing), processes and increase the quality of service
- Supports audit processes during system/process audits (internal and external)

**A stickler for deadlines and a team player with a zest for learning**
- You must have completed a bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting related studies
- You must have at least 4-5 years of work experience in a similar role and in a shared Service Centre environment
- You can communicate results and consequences in a way that is easy to comprehend
- You communicate well in both written and spoken English language
- One additional European language on advanced level is great advantage
- Great understanding and overview of the end-to-end Order to Cash processes
- Experience in driving projects or process improvement initiatives in an SSC environment
- Solid and stable Excel knowledge
- SAP knowledge preferred
