Shop Trainer Senior Supervisor

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work together with Area Managers/Shop Managers to identify the gaps and training needs
- Produce gap analysis and highlight to upline as well as Area Managers/Shop Managers to discuss next action plans to narrow down the gap ultimately
- Prepare/develop overall and/or individualized development plan to address the needs/gap
- May recommend relevant programs/activities, share best practices or trends to upline and Area Managers
- Develop new training contents/materials or conduct enhancement to existing according to the needs, review/propose/use various training methods to train the employees or may need to design programs
- Continuously review the contents/methods use and/or programs/activities with Area Managers/Shop Managers to reflect the current needs
- Organize, coordinate and/or conduct training activities (internal & external) according to development plan
- Follow-up training outcome with appropriate assessment to ensure the effectiveness, relevancy, etc to the overall shop operations
- Ensure record of each employee’s result is in order to build continuous improvement/next action
- Set yearly training schedule for all courses/activities and review the programs as an when required to ensure its relevancy to the employees
- Prepare and manage the budget accordingly
