Digital Alchemy is an inclusive and diverse employer, we do not discriminate on any basis including gender, ethnicity, religious background, sexuality and any other factors, **we actively recruit for a strong and diverse workforce."** **Responsibilities**: - Design, Develop, test, document and deploy high quality business solutions in Salesforce - Build the technical solution in the platform using your technical skills. - Collaborate with business users and architects to develop standard and customize the solutions within the Salesforce Platform - Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes to support customer experience strategies - Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and find proper solutions and advise the team on technical issues **What you need to have** **Essential Skills** - Bachelor’s degree of Computer engineering,Science, Information and Technology - Knowledge of Automation Studio coding; (SQL, Server side JavaScript, Data Import / Export, DataView) - Marketing Cloud Omni-Channel Contact Builder (LINE, SMS, Mobile Apps) - Cloud Pages Development; Subscription Center (HTML/CSS/SSJS/Ampscript) - Eager to learn new technologies and have the ability to learn quickly. - A desire to work within a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills **Desirable Skills** - Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation or development - Experience with any marketing automations tools/platforms
