We are currently developing SOL Arena, a Web3 snake royale with real stakes PvP.

As our Senior Game Designer, you’ll design and refine systems, content, and LiveOps features that shape the player experience in SOL Arena. From balancing the in-game economy to designing seasonal events, you’ll work across disciplines to deliver gameplay that is engaging, rewarding, and scalable. Your experience in economy design, data-informed tuning, and LiveOps execution will be key to driving long-term player retention and game health.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Design and tune core gameplay systems, progression mechanics, and in-game economies to ensure engaging and balanced player experiences.
- Own and evolve LiveOps content and features, including seasonal events, and limited-time game modes.
- Plan and manage the LiveOps calendar, coordinating asset and feature delivery in collaboration with other teams.
- Analyze player data and economy performance to make informed decisions and drive content and system improvements.
- Develop monetization strategies that align with player expectations, retention goals, and game health.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and tech teams to rework or refine features for player clarity.
- Support community-driven improvements by reviewing feedback, and engaging with player insights.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for economy structures, system logic, and tuning processes.
- Define tracking needs for new features or system changes to support data-informed design decisions.
- Test LiveOps features and game systems to ensure they function as intended and meet quality standards.

**Your character build**:

- 5+ years of experience in game design, with focus in economy design, LiveOps, or system design.
- Deep understanding of LiveOps workflows, player engagement systems, and mobile-first feature planning.
- Strong data skills, with proven experience in economy balancing, spreadsheet modeling, and parameter tuning.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets, Excel, and other tools to design and test systems and content.
- Comfortable collaborating across departments to align feature implementation with design intent.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience owning LiveOps calendars and managing update pipelines.
- Ability to clearly explain design rationale and decisions in both written and verbal form.
- Bonus: UI/UX or Figma experience to support feature iteration.
- Bonus: Technical background or experience working with analytics tools or game data.
- Bonus: Experience building or managing monetization systems in a live game.
