- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจำ- 3 - 5 ปี- ปทุมธานี- ปริญญาตรี- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- AP- Check all AP invoice before recording and Vouchers to ensure the expenses, VAT and WHT tax are recording correctly.
- Recording AP (Forwarder) & expenses into SAP.
- Reconcile AP balance and GL.
- Process monthly payment.
- AR- Issue Selling invoice for 2nd tractor.- Record receivable (RV) for 2nd tractor.
- Inventory
- Prepare import expenses and allocate to Cost of product.- Inventory control (Goods Issue & Goods Receive and other in concern).
- Fixed Asset control (Register, Disposal and Depreciations).
- Lead for physical checking 2 times per year all both Inventory and Fixed Asset and report.
- Other
- Assist in preparation of schedule, finance statements, and management reports.- Other as a sign.
- รายละเอียดงาน- ด้านเจ้าหนี้- ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบกำกับภาษีและบันทึกบัญชี ค่าใช้จ่าย, ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และภาษีหัก ณ.ที่จ่ายได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- บันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และค่าใช้จ่ายนำเข้า
- สอบทานยอดเจ้าหนี้คงเหลือกับ GL ให้มียอดที่ถูกต้อง
- ทำจ่าย Payment ค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือนด้านลูกหนี้
- ออกใบกำกับภาษีขายรถมือสอง
- บันทึกรับชำระหนี้สำหรับรถมือสองสินค้าคงคลัง
- ปรับปรุงค่าใช้จ่ายนำเข้า เข้าต้นทุนสินค้า
- ควบคุมระบบสินค้าคงเหลือ (การเบิก-จ่าย และอื่นๆ)
- ควบคุมสินทรัพย์ (Fixed Asset) (การรับรู้สินทรัพย์, การตัดจำหน่ายและค่าเสื่อมราคา)
- เป็นหัวหน้าทีมวางแผนการตรวจสอบสินค้าคงเหลือและสินทรัพย์ ประจำปี (2 ครั้งต่อปี) และรายงานผล อื่นๆ
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับปิดงบการเงิน
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

1.Age 32 - 38 years

2.มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี

3.สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี MS Office & SAP

4.มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการประสานงานที่ดี

5.มีความเข้าใจในภาษาอังกฤษ อ่าน เขียน ขั้นพื้นฐานได้ดี

6.สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
