What You’ll Do Responsible for production planning in consistence with customer requirement. Create monthly/weekly loading plan, monitor the progress, and coordinate with concerns to ensure the on-time delivery. Monitor loading compliance, organize, and respond to change of production schedule. Manage and control material, minimize inventory level and cost. Analyze and solve problem related to production, material supply and delivery. Manage loading allocation between various subcontractors against company policy. Support Subcontractors/suppliers performance evaluation. Support special projects/tasks as assigned by Supervisor. Who You Are Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. Professional Experience : at least 2 years of experience in Production planning or material planning. Proficiency in MS Excel Knowledge of ERP would be advantage Good command in English (speaking/writing/reading) Good analytical skill, logical thinking Good communication and service mind.
