Our client is a global leader in consumer products manufacturing.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Planning resource (Service Delivery Engineer) short term and long term.
- Communicating with related stakeholders daily eg: Service delivery.
- Managing SAR, SKAM/SAM, SSR, and CSO Director regarding resource planning.
- Handling problem-solving in the IFS Cloud/PSO system ( to be trained by BeX).
- Handling cross-border support arrangements.
- Closing contact with Planner Community in APAC for learning SOP, New Release.
- Handling system to work SAP/BO/IFS Cloud/PSO/ BI report (if CSO requests for utilization report).
- Handling PR creation for flexzone support.
- Meeting with CSO team.

**Qualifications / Screening Criteria**
- At least 4 years experience as a Resource planner.
- Experience with the Resource planner is an advantage.
- An excellent ability to perform in a cross-cultural, cross-functional team and interdependent environment.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Well-organized and self-motivated.
- Result oriented.
- An eye for detail with the ability to retain a broad overview.
- Flexible, able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Flexible working hours.
