Determining the integrated PR and Event plan for the Brand with marketing manager.
Organizing brand's PR and Event programs and budgets with marketing manager.
Manage and execute marketing & communication activities such as campaign & promotion to support appropriate brand identity.
Developing and initiating annual PR and Event plan for retail marketing with marketing manager.
Demonstrating Brand Difference by driving Corporate PR to Media and KOL.
Initiate PR and Event strategies both online & offline including content management, event marketing, and social media campaign.

Representative and maintaining good relationship with all Media, KOL and Stakeholders.
Support various marketing activities and as assigned by the team leader to support sale target.
Report all related to the performance of PR and Event campaigns and assess against goals.
Provide monthly PR reports to upper level and management team for marketing optimization.
Liaising with principal on PR and Event campaigns and initiatives with marketing manager.
Work closely with Global PR Managers to conduct pre and post campaign analysis on KOL strategy by identifying key influencers.

Sourcing suppliers and negotiate on the behalf of the Brand regarding prices policy, terms, and conditions with marketing manager.
Qualifications.
Bachelor 's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or any related field.
5+ years of PR and Event experience in beauty and fashion industry.
Experienced in handling social media / Influencer marketing / PR / Fashion Media.
Having experience in event organizing would be an advantage.
Additional Information.
**Communication / Language**: strong verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentation both in English and Thai.
Celebrity connection and networking is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, oral and written presentation skills, and excellent computer skills, including Excel, and PowerPoint.
Sense of style, Excellent sense of Fashion & styling skill.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Self -discipline, sense of organization and analysis skills.
Exhibit a keen ability to be proactive as well as handle a multitude of projects at one time.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Should be a strategic thinker and excellent team player.
