- Plan, manage, analyze & improve franchise sales performance.
- Determine policies, standards & guidelines for franchise business.
- Manage & improve all operational issues related to franchise.
- Explore market opportunity as well as deeply understand consumer trends & competitor movement.
- Initiate & execute sales & marketing strategy for franchise.
- Develop franchise to meet standards & requirements of the company.
- Provide necessary service & consult to franchisee as well as manage complaints.
- Initiate customer (franchisee) relationship management program.
- Conduct feasibility model, price & cost structure, sales forecast and P&L for franchise business.
- Manage and work closely with all involved parties (both internal & external).
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate franchise performance regularly to improve sale performance.
- Plan yearly target & budget for franchise business.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelors’ degree in marketing, business administration, management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experiences in franchise management, retail management operation, relation management, key account or area manager is a must
- Experience in food and beverage or retail industry is a plus.
- Has demonstrated ability to work in a team and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success.
- Strong leadership, Independent, result-oriented, self-motivated, analytical, and problem solving.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
- Able to work under pressure and business dynamic change.
- Hard-working, self-disciplined, and positive working attitude.
- Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and presentation tools.
- Be flexible for additional and urgent assigned tasks.
