Our clients are leaders in designing and implementing technical solutions for our customers in the Cement, Quarry, and Construction industries.

**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- Submitting licenses to government agencies.
- Providing suggestions for customers to prepare documents to be submitted to government.
- Providing and tracking licenses for customers’ agencies.
- Participating in inventory and helping customers establish warehouse systems.
- Preparing/operate Issuing original documents to/at government agencies.
- Preparing and following up on status reports of permits.
- Maintaining files and correspondence. And manage documents and confidential information efficiently.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in contacting government agencies regularly.
- Proficient in Computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, etc.)
- Excellent team player and can work independently also handle confidential matters efficiently.
- Having high awareness of and proven experience in health, safety, and environmental policy compliance.
- Very Good interpersonal skills, service mind, prioritizing of work, problem-solving, and building effective and cooperative internal and external relationships.
- Diligent and hardworking, able to work well under pressure.
- Dealing with others both inside & outside the company.
