Product Manager-unsecured Loan

We are working with a leading banking for a **Unsecured Loan Product Manager - AVP - FVP **position

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Track product and channel performance on a regular basis.
- Conduct customer and portfolio analysis to provide insightful suggestions about business direction independently.
- Keep on monitoring regulation and competitors’ movement to propose and implement customer campaigns or sales campaigns to boost new booking volume.
- Familiar with product marketing function, and work closely with marcom and sale team to forecast monthly marketing cost.
- Work closely with sales team to find out crucial problems of each selling channel, propose and implement product or process enhancement.
- Responsible for annual budget planning and operation cost monitoring and control.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economic, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related fields.
- 7+ of working experience in unsecured personal loan or revolving bal of credit card from banks or any non-bank financial institutions
- Good Team Player, Hard-Working, Initiative, Hands-on, Dynamic and Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Proficient in Computer literacy in MS Office; Excel, Power Point, Word
- Good command of English
- Nice to familiar with at least one P-loan sales model in market (tele-sales/ Direct sales/branch)
