Assistant Officer, Business Coordination

PTTEP Services Limited**Job Purpose**:
Assistant Officer, Business Coordination is responsible for coordinating with internal and external parties to gather information and progression of work plan and initiatives. The jobholder consolidate data related to work program and budget and prepare a summary report as well as provide a brief of meetings including progression of outstanding issues to SVP. He/ she is also required to provide reliable and high quality administrative and secretarial support to TCV and staff at all levels.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Coordinate with all business unit teams to gather information and prepare for TCV to formulate and set up the division strategies and policies
- Coordinate, follow up, and update work plan, initiatives and other on-going initiatives
- Monitor and consolidate work plans, KPIs, work program and budget of division and coordinate with budget controller in monitoring and summarizing expenditure
- Provide secretarial and administrative services such as such as handling telephone calls, daily appointments, meetings, correspondence, preparing presentations and various types of business documents, arranging business trips, facilitating conference and seminar of staff, managing in-coming and out-going document
- Handle sensitive/ confidential matters in discreet and tactful manner, ensuring matters that require immediate attention are properly referred and/ or handled by responsible person within due time
- Assist staff and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, or related fields
- 3-5-year experience preferably in E&P or working with any asset
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry, work program budget, work plan, and integrated plan
- Good command of both written and spoken English
**Additional Desirable Qualification**:
- Good interpersonal skill, coordination, presentation and communication skills. Energetic and enthusiastic character
- Good analytical skill (interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work in a demanding environment
