**Responsibilities**
- Building & Leading the MIS & Application team in high performers by coaches, counsels, and disciplines, and challenging them with attractive goals.
- Manage all IT development and reporting data by communicating expectations, planning the work in progress, eliminating obstacles, and overseeing the progress of tasks on team members.
- Provide consultation to the business department for designing lean and effective IT solutions. Forecasting cost, time, and resource utilization to foresee the feasibility to execute the project.
- Preparing an IT project, and budget, scheduling expenditures, and contracts, and coordinating with global teams, and vendors.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's Degree is required (Master's Degree or equivalent preferred) with a minimum of 8 years of IT Manager, Senior manager Data, MIS, Application, DBA, technical lead for a well-established company, and 4 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in the analysis, development, and introduction of information project processes.
- Knowledge of software development planning with excellent consulting skills.
- Ability to communicate with cross-team function and coordination, familiar with standard company operations.
- Strong attention to detail, especially for purposes of ensuring accurate reporting and presentation and formatting of reports in a professional manner.
