**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the payroll department.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Managing payroll taxes and compliance.
- Resolving payroll issues and inquiries.
- Conducting payroll audits and ensuring compliance.
- Staying up-to-date on payroll regulations and industry best practices.
- Training and developing payroll team members.
- Collaborating with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 5 - 7 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within a complex organization. Experience in international companies and HR Payroll services are an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing payroll teams and processes.
- Strong understanding of local and federal labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software (Unit4 systems) would be advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
- Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and deductions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Good in English communication both writing and speaking.
