**Backend Development Team Lead.**

**JOB SUMMARY**
- Developing performance, scalability, reliability, and design in software development with extensive technical knowledge and experience in backend technologies
- Drive our next generation features across our new digital business platform.
- Build a highly quality standard within the committed delivery timeline.
- Leading backend developers to build a successful working team culture.
- Mentor junior and senior developers, manage backend development team(s),

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop business logic, frameworks, and APIs to create new features and enhance existing ones using one or more backend programming languages such as **Java, Scala, Go, and NodeJS.**:

- Use CI/CD tools to automate the working process in software development and deployment.
- Collaborate with team members effectively, conduct code reviews, and knowledge sharing regularly.
- Inspire team members to strive for improvement of their skills with passion in building our business platform and products.
- Manage and lead backend development team(s) to achieve the division’s goals and build up a productive team culture.

**Key Requirements**:

- More than 3 years experienced as a senior backend engineer and 1 year leading the team
- At least 4 years of experience in software development using any programming languages such as Java, Scala, Go, and NodeJS.
- Extensive experience in using Java, Scala, Go, and NodeJS with web frameworks for building web services.
- Experience in using standard and open-source libraries as unit and integration testing tools.
- Experience in any open-source projects is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of API design, OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Experience in using and building CI/CD pipeline and workflow.
- Experience in Docker and Kubernetes on cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and methodology.
- Ability to see and explain the big picture of the implementation progress.
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical and logical thinking skills.
