**About the role**:

With your guidance, we'll achieve excellence in People management, EHS, Quality, Service, and Performance, ensuring our business objectives are met with precision. **Your responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of shift production execution, leading a team of 30-50 employees, including Cell Shift Managers & Production Operatives, to excel in factory KPIs.
- Uphold and enforce site EHS & Quality Compliance standards, while fostering a culture of safe and best practises on shift.
- Empower your team by developing their capabilities, ensuring high performance throughout scheduled run hours with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Manage adherence to Factory budgets within the £1m
- £3m range, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance business delivery cost-effectively.
- Forge robust connexions between shifts and cross-functional teams to establish effective production execution and maintain performance standards.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven leadership skills with the ability not only to inspire a team but also to deliver tangible results.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
- Excellent decision-making skills, with an organised approach to managing complex inputs.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP, coupled with strong innovative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in business process improvement, with proficiency in data analytics and supply chain management.
