Controlling Manager

- ** Job Description**:

- The Controlling Manager has 2 main roles:
1 A role of control over the reliability of site financial data and the transparency of the explanations given in relation to past, present or future financial data.
2 A role to disseminate financial culture and the main Group management tools across each site.
Through their skills and knowledge, the Controlling Manager must enable all the teams to understand the main financial aggregates and the financial consequences of the decisions taken or envisaged, in particular in terms of ROCE.
**Takes part in, Carries out, Proposes and Provides Support with all aspects of financial control within the scope in order to:

- Be responsible towards the Group, and for the scope, of the reliability of Management data and compliance with procedures,
- Draw up the results for the scope according to the methodology, criteria and indicators defined by the Group,
- Respond to the Region's financial requests,
- Provide the Plant General Manager with the analyses, comments and suggestions to understand and potentially improve economic performance within their scope.

**In collaboration with the Plant General Manager and under the functional responsibility of the Regional Controlling Manager, takes part in
- monitoring productivity (gathering and measuring actions),
- gathering and considering part of the data (financial data) of the financial performance ongoing improvement plan in order to achieve the targets set (relevance, simplicity and reliability of data; aiming for economic performance).

**In collaboration with the Plant General Manager and under the functional responsibility of the Regional Controlling Manager, is responsible for
- Drafting the results (P&L) for the scope and concise analyses: Flash, a monthly review with the PGM and Regional Management.
- Updating the grid of price,
- Calculating and analysing the Quality of Turnover and reconciling it with the P&L,
- Alerting the PGM to shortfalls in relation to targets and deviations from procedures and the reality observed in the field (data reliability),

**In collaboration with the Plant General Manager and under the functional responsibility of the Regional Controlling Manager, coordinates:

- The drafting of budgets and ensures they are followed by Budgetary Control,
- Monitoring of the investment allocation and the corresponding pay-back calculations.

**In collaboration with the Plant General Manager and under the functional responsibility of the Regional Controlling Manager, proposes:

- Changes to the Financial Control tools.

**In collaboration with the Product Line Manager and under the functional responsibility of the Regional Controlling Manager, supports:

- The Product Line teams in Development Financial Control.
- ** Requirement**:

- Male/Female, Age 38-47 years old
- More than 15 years in Accounting and Finance in manufacturing, over 10 years in Finance, Finance controlling.
- Over 5 years in management level and excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Very good at English and has experience in multi company.
- Knowledge of Group tools and Financial Control methodology.
- Proficiency in management tools (SAP Program) for its activity.

- ** Working Hour**: 8.00 ~ 17.00
- ** Holiday**: Work Mon-Fri + Some Sat (3-4 Sat/year)
- ** Benefit**:
- Performance bonus: Bonus is maximum to 10% of annual basic salary, depend on performance / (Pay in March and Sep of each month)
