- ** Job Description**:
- Job Purpose:
Be responsible for sales by cooperating with related parties in order to response the client's requirement and achieve the sales target
Key Responsibities:
- Set up and control sales to following company's plan
- Control the sales team's operation
- Provide advice and recommendation on SPEC to the client
- Check and sign the offer documents relating to the sales price
- Monitor the competitors' movement
- Provide advice and/or join price and sales condition negotiation
- Join with Sales Manager in estimating the selling price and proposing to MD for approval
- Join with Installation Division in setting installation period
- In case of export goods, coordinate and negotiate price with HEA and send the conclusion to Purchasing Department to go on further process
- Visit clients and architects
- Make sales and loss report by monthly and yearly
- Cooperate with Credit Control Department in money collection from client
- Train and supervise the Sales team
- ** Requirement**:
- Bachelor of Business Administration or Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil
- Experience in selling related products for a minimum of 5 years (elevator, escalator)
- Experience in sales management, sales planning and sales analysis of related products for a minimum of 3 years
- Strong in decision making, problem solving, Coaching and negotiation
- Able to travel across Thailand and abroad
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: Thai, English
- ** Working Hour**: 8:15 ~ 17:15
- ** Holiday**:
