**General Manager**:

- PTTEP Services Limited**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

- Manage the deal sourcing for VC investment and perform initial review of business opportunities and present viable opportunities to Management Meeting or Governance Body for consideration.
- Design investment process and portfolio investment companies based on PTTEP’s strategy
- Partner closely with local VC, and startup team to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to the pipeline of innovative ideas and solution providers.
- Analyze business synergy and investment feasibility and proposal.

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

- Convince and Prepare investment proposal for investment committee.
- Coordinate with PTTEP managements for collaboration
- Manage end-to-end VC investment transaction: negotiation, investment terms and conditions
- Monitor post-investment performance.
- Lead performance of CVC team and enhance team competency

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in MBA, Business Administration, Economics, Technology related degree, or related field.
- Working experience in financial institutions, entrepreneurs, or start-ups with strong know-how of M&A investment and VC Investment field.
- Working experience in leading CVC team
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate, build and maintain strong working relationships with start-ups, entrepreneurs, industry experts, associations, and state & central government.
- Advanced analytical, financial analysis, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
