Position Summary
The planner is responsible for production scheduling plan. According to inventory and order requirements, release reasonable daily work tasks to each process, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Position Responsibilities
- Schedule work orders to instruct product line what to be built on daily basis.
- Release daily production tasks to each process based on inventory and orders and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor production to make sure monthly build quantity is per plan of S&OP.
- Confirm sales orders based upon latest material and capacity information.
- Live Load Schedule Maintenance.
- Work closely with production, QA, buyer and CSRs to timely solve issues to make sure orders can be shipped on time.
- Work closely with Shipping, CSRs, and Warehouse to ensure that shipping schedules are executed as planned.
- Responsible for control WIP & FG inventory to meet monthly inventory target; follow up the timely disposal of nonconforming products in WIP.
- Work closely with buyers, sourcing and other parties involved to timely O&E inventory issues.
- Work closely with product engineering and manufacturing engineering to actively participate in new product launch projects.
- Manage any customer specific planning requirements (such as returnable contains), as applicable.
- Plant and Line Capacity Maintenance (LMNT).
- Invalid orders allocation and control over schedule to make rework notice.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-10 years in Production and Materials Planning.
- Experience using MRP concept / program.
- Experience with importation and customs brokerage.
- English proficiency
- Good communication and coordination & teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility
- Computer literacy / skilled in using Microsoft Excel.
- Possesses knowledge basis manage on ISO 9000, ISO 14001.
