Material planning function:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production
- Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production plan
- Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals and timelines
- Ensure purchase requisition release per LT
- Review material readiness and provide commit thru Clear-To-Build
- Utilize any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required
- Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
- Other assignment given by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or a related position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and material management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Assertive, optimistic, resilient and welcomes change
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Proactively contributes to the team
- Familiar with Oracle is a plus
