**3. Maintain stock accurate and improve space efficiency of all warehouse area**
**4. Drive and manage projects of logistics systems or related to achieve target**
**5. Develop the potential of employees within the organization**
**6. Motivating and disciplining operator and staff of warehouse**
**7. Monitoring and maintain about document system of ISO 9001, 14001**
**8. Encourage employees in the organization to participate in the activities of the company (Kaizen, 5S)**
**9. Creativity and initiating new idea to develop the organization**
**10. Summarize and analyze the result of KPI report to GM**
**11. Manage Yearly plan and budget control**:
