**nventory movement C**
- ontrol / verify incoming-outgoing product by FIFO basis E
- nsure all incoming and outgoing goods are right condition, right time, right quantity P
- repare sample according to technician/sales request. P
- acking goods for export P
- repare RM for production R
- eceive FG from production P
- repare sample for new batch incoming for QC P

**hysical Inventory count C**
- onduct actual counting every month C
- onduct Year-End Stock count with Auditor S

**upervise and coach his subordinate O**

**racle update M**
- onitor all physical movement to match with Oracle transaction P
- repare Physical Inventory Tag for monthly stock count R
- eceiving PO. S
- ubinventory Transfer C
- hange Lot no. I
- nventory Transaction D

**elivery process C**
- oordinate with CS, Lab to get COA E
- nsure all document required is shipped together with goods E
- nsure good service of truck company S

**torage M**
- anage warehouse space and environment M
- ake sure product stored in good condition K
- eep warehouse area in safe and tidy condition S
- egregate product by subinventory U

**nloading and stuffing Containers U**
- nload product out from container and rework pallet P
- ack all pails on pallet and wrap in safety condition for export L
- oad all pallets into container and make sure suitable A

**rrange waste disposal R**
- enew license to disposal C
- ontact service provider P
- repare all waste S

**afety E**
- nsure to align safety regulation of IEAT and DIW law. M
- onitor and implement safety practice. V

**endor search L**
- ooking for vendor which related warehouse operation such as pallet / plastic wrap / forklift/ etc. O
