- งานประจำ- 10 - 15 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- This role is responsible for achievement of Retail Sales and operational efficiencies across all relevant doors and ELC Brands within a given cluster overseeing Area Commercial Executive deliverables and accountabilities.
- Leads Area Commercial Executive team to drive retail Sales and Retail Team engagement in order to exceed Retail sales targets and achieve business growth, whilst managing people and resources to achieve operational efficiencies.
- Builds and nurtures relationships with store management across all retailers within the relevant cluster / doors.
- Works closely with Brand and Education to reinforce and embed key digital education (both brand & commercial) in the field. Owns the commercial education requirements and cascades for the relevant Brands e.g: productivity at the door, social activations, etc.
- Works in conjunction with Key Account Management to support channel-specific operational outcomes in the Brands / Brand clusters.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 8-10 years of experience in sales preferably in Retail or FMCG industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing retail operations at a supervisory level, and possessing experience with financial & productivity accountability
- Outstanding selling skills with people management and account management
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Experience in cosmetic business with make-up skill is advantage
- Self-motivated, result oriented, dynamic, initiative with good analytical skill
- Good at people management, communication and negotiation
- Workable command of English with strong computer literacy
- Able to travel up country upon assignment
