**JOB TITLE: Senior Coordinator - Turnover**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Development of Turnover procedures as per corporate and Client contractual requirements
- KOM with project and Client team
- Collection of engineering drawings from different disciplines.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, quality, and IT to finalize the completion system and database.
- Ensuring implementation of approved Check sheet templates
- Maintaining records of Latest revision of drawings (Turnover MDR)
- Maintaining record of DCN, FDCN, and as-built Drawings
- Marking-up of drawings as per subsystem boundary. (as per the latest revisions)
- Developing and managing launch templates based on the latest revisions.
- Population of CMS Database
- Development of Mechanical completion, Pre-commissioning, and commissioning Dossiers
- Ensuring the compilation of the dossiers is based on the contractual requirements.
- Issuing of check and test sheets as per the completion database.
- Issuing tri-party MCWD notifications to Company
- Entering a completed check sheet into the CMS database and generating daily/weekly reports.
- Entering the Punch List into the Punch List database and generation of the daily report.
- Entering of completed punch items.
- Follow up on completion handover certificates.
- Identifying all the SCE (Safety Critical Elements) and following up with QC and field engineers
- Development of turnover documentation (ex: Punchlist procedure, handover procedure, etc)
- Client coordination and interface
- Attending a management meeting with higher management of the company, the main contractor, and the client. Preparing the minutes of meeting and issuing them to the concerned
- Conduct weekly or daily meetings with the project team or subcontractor to ensure all the required information is provided on time.
- Checking and monitoring NCR, SCN & STQ
- Coordinate with all engineering disciplines to issue the master tag register.
- Software support

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- A graduate or diploma in engineering with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in project completion systems or database management.
