**Senior Officer BOI & Customs Clearance Coordinator**

**Your Responsibilities**

Leschaco (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Officer BOI & Customs Clearance Coordinator to join our team in Chonburi. This full-time position is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient BOI handling & Customs Clearance operations for our customers.

**What you'll be doing**
- Follow up, receive and consolidate shipment documents from supply centers and third-party suppliers and/or carriers directly
- Check if shipping documents are consistent with the approved BOI Master list
- Consolidate internal document for BOI Formula Submission, BOI Stock, reconsolidation and submission to BOI
- Check vessel arrival as well as follow up invoice & packing from BU and sorting, checking document before turning over to shipping for entry preparation and customs process
- Solve daily operational problems and ensure that customer complaints are dealt promptly and effectively
- Check service invoice and separate document to accounting department

**Your Profile**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the import/export and customs clearance industry
- Good understanding of BOI Handling
- Good understanding of customs clearance import/export process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and verbal
