Indirect Procurement Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading the sourcing process, supplier selection, finalization of commercial agreements with suppliers, and managing the supplier performance under the area of responsibility.
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to ensure quality standards, proper delivery timelines, and reasonable prices to support stakeholder requirements.
- Analyzing the cost and negotiating volume price discounts.
- Developing and continually reviewing the supplier base and improving the supplier base in order to meet the business requirements.
- Initiating and working with internal stakeholders to deliver the cost-saving initiative supporting the company program.
- Facilitating the resolution of supplier issues, including quality, service, and delivery.
- Liaising with and supporting the Category Procurement Manager in ensuring best procurement practices are implemented and maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- M/F, 25-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- A professional certification in procurement is an advantage.
- Experienced in sourcing and purchasing indirect goods and services and marketing category for at least 3 years (Premium, printing, advertising, travel agency, hotel, event organizer, HR services, fleet, market research, IT, Financial consultant, and office supplies and services).
- Experience in project management.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good command of Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
- Negotiation and good communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Fast-learner and self-starter.
- Ability and flexibility to multitask and deal with different functions.***

- Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 THB/ Month
