- Manages and supports the sourcing process of raw, direct, and indirect materials and prepares purchase orders with due consideration to quality, delivery time, prompt payment and other discounts, transportation costs, etc
- Compiles and analyses internal along with external market data from multiple sources to provide relevant impactful information regarding purchasing activity/strategy on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Supports in resolving quality control issues/problems related to delivered cargoes including discrepancies between purchase orders and quantities received.
- Manages and monitors product shipment status and product inquiry schedule according to ETA deadlines along with ensuring import compliance and minimizing logístical risk
- Prepares documents (AWB, B/L, invoice, packing list, etc) and coordinates timely delivery of necessary documents between suppliers, freight forwarders/shipping agents, and internal customers
- Assists and supports procurement leadership with assigned tasks and projects

คุณสมบัติ

**Work Experience**
- A minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management or related area is required
- A minimum of one to three years of experience in international purchasing is desirable
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as NAVISION/SAP or similar, including the procurement process, is desirable.
- Proficient in handling large excel pivot tables, downloading files from large databases to excel, and working with large spreadsheets to produce reports and obtain necessary information for the procurement department

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s university degree in business, economics, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- An advanced university degree in Business Administration (MBA) is desirable

**Language Requirements**:
