**Customs Operation Manager (Renewal Energy Product)**

**Your Responsibilities**
- To handle Project cargo customers and support Project Customs Clearance-CS Team in co-operating with customers and Overseas supplier
- To ensure that all operation process is aligned with customs regulation and other related laws & regulations
- To verify, control, manage import license from any government agency to customer prior shipment arrived. such as TISI, NBTC, CBMW, etc.
- To handle and control shipment under BOI privilege to avoidance duty payment
- To coordinate for handling special bulk cargo handling and packing with all related parties and required to attend the handling process at site / terminal to ensure all process
- To take immediate action in preparing incident report and follow up with root cause analysis with corrective / preventive action
- To implement / train / coach staff on work procedure / work instructions on daily operation
- To attend monthly review meetings with assigned customers
- To manage key customers satisfaction in respective geographical area
- Any special assignment by superior

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or other related fields
- 5 years working experience in the same or similar position
- Expertise in import/export license and experienced well with government agencies
- Experience in the handling of HM customs process (Clearance, BOI, BONDED etc.)
- Experience in international freight forwarding (Air and Sea Import / Export).
- Experience in handling oversized cargo
- Customs Specialist certified would be preferred
- Excellence command of English spoken / written
- Computer literate (MS Office PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Hands on and work well under pressure and deadline
