**Responsibilities**
- Managing the international and domestic air ticket bookings for worldwide Travelers as per the company’s standard budget and guidelines.
- Leading and coordinating projects to achieve Air Excellence goals.
- Handling daily reviews of all audiobook PNRs for completeness and accuracy.
- Handling daily reviews, updates, and confirming ticket changes within the time frame.
- Coordinating and monitoring program timelines and ensuring ticketing issuance deadlines are met.
- Arranging and confirming program details and logistics such as seats and meal requests and block space.
- Being responsible for the customers’ survey to identify the area of improvement and provide effective and sustainable solutions.
- Serving as a liaison between Bangkok and Boston management, Air Sales & Service, and Worldwide offices. Work with these teams to resolve any operational issues.
- Working with the airline to ensure all PNR issues are resolved and recorded.
- Handling financial review and analysis of each program.
- Supporting multiple Operations or Regional Managers on a variety of programs and program types.
- Creating an Action in all Urgent schedule changes.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the international travel trade in a similar capacity
- A must to be familiar with GDS Amadeus Selling Platform Connect (reservation & ticketing)
- Strong interpersonal, and excellent communication skills
- Work with other team members to find innovative and efficient solutions.
- Pleasant & Can-Do attitude, professional, proactive, fast learner, highly accountable, well organized, detail-oriented, quality-oriented, team-oriented, ability to work well under pressure in a fast pace environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to assume new tasks and find workflow solutions to increase individual, team, and departmental goals
