**Essential Functions**
- Execute strategic plans aligned with company standards.
- Develop territory plans, implement structured calling systems, and directly promote the PAD segment.
- Drive new business development, create market demand, conduct market research, and organize evaluations of new products.
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategic objectives, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to enhance competitive advantages, ensuring alignment with defined commercial goals for products.
- Manage relationships with existing healthcare professionals and key customers.
- Drive marketing strategies in line with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to create growth-driven strategies and plans.
**Required/Preferred Education and Experience**
- University degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on selling medical equipment and business development within the target segment.
- Relevant background or experience that would benefit the incumbent in this role..
- Proven track record of driving sustained, profitable growth in the healthcare market and establishing markets for new and emerging medical technologies.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex clinical information, while recognizing market trends and opportunities.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information.
- Excellent sales qualities, including negotiation, influence, market knowledge, and a strong focus on targets.
