**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and basic F&B (Grab & Go station).- Ensure excellent guest experience by maintaining service standards and handling escalated guest issues.- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to support a lean and efficient team.- Monitor financial performance, including room revenue, cost control, and cash handling procedures.- Coordinate with Accounting for reporting, budgeting, and daily reconciliations.- Implement policies, procedures, and operational improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.- Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management, preferably in a budget or limited-service property.- Strong leadership and people management skills in a lean team environment.- Good financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, costs, and reporting.- English proficiency (written and verbal) required; additional languages are an advantage.- Hands-on, service-minded, and flexible to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
