**SILKEN Asia by MOST 2414** is our e-commerce enabler supporting brands to develop o e-commerce strategy, marketing and operations on marketplaces. You will be part of a new fast paced startup environment where to work with international brands.
**Job Description**:
**What You Will Do**
**E-commerce Operations Manager** is responsible for essential tasks required to run efficiently and successfully omnichannel e-stores wherever YOUR brands are active.
- Manage product listing & optimization, store management, stock available maintenance
- Monitor end-to-end order status from order creation to final status
- Follow up on inbound process to make sure shipments arrive on time & in full from/to our warehouse
- Work closely with Marketing & Performance teams to ensure that sales strategy, promotions and campaigns are put into effective operational execution
- Coordinate with Marketing, Content and Creative teams to plan and elaborate marketplace contents (Feeds, Live Streaming, etc.)
- Maintain relationship and updates from YOUR brands' key account managers of Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, LINE and other partners
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly monitoring of store metrics to ensure that stores are in the best condition and meet the KPIs
- Extract data from marketplaces reports and Google Sheets and Excel, and reformat in customized data visualization dashboards
- Monitor sales reports, fulfillment fee, revenue commissions and related costs
**Qualifications**:
**Is it you?**
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Minimum 1+ year of work experience in e-commerce operations
- Backend familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and other marketplace seller center is a plus
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Resilience to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Fast learner about new exciting tools and technologies
- Good knowledge of English and Thai is required
